The one from my parts jeep, not so much.

I sprayed PB in it and left it hanging, I'm hoping history will repeat itself.

I figured that. I deserve it though.

Whenever I get the garage at my house up to par (have power in it, clean it up, secure it). I'll be able to work on it A LOT more.

Also what is the correct terminology for it?
Its an ODB2 housing and reader. Just making sure.. but you are testing it with the ignition on the accessory position? Right before the Jeep turns over?

Where would I mount a heat shield for my exhaust? To the exhaust or the floor pan?

Cat and the down pipe (pipe off the manifold). There's a big hole there now and plan to fix it before winter.

Is your cigarette lighter working? Radio working? There should be a fuse for it.

Yup but the left lighter only works with the key on. All the fuses under the hood are good, is there another set?

I would like to employ your jeepers experience knowledge and know how. I recently found out my evap core needs to be replaced. Is there a step by step link or something that may help me break my dash down with out breaking the plastic. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

That's normal.

The other fuse panel is the junction block, hiding by the passenger's feet behind that pop-out door

Looks like you can get the temp sensor from an auto parts store for $15 or so. Is the part alone enough (ie is there a bracket I need from a donor jeep or anything)?

Thanks!
The only thing I can add to this is, yes the correct harness would make it easier. But the two that I have helped put in, the donor jeep had different harnesses than the jeep we were installing it had. We used the blue electric piggy back connectors and works just fine. There are loads of write-ups and diagrams out there and most are year or range of years specific.
