Found out today while I was under the jeep, and saw I was missing the furthest most rear intake/exhaust bolt...ben hunting down idle and coasting rpm fluctuation. everything checks out except the missing bolt.
can I go to the hardware store and get a bolt or do I need to order it from mopar? its 3/8-16x1-1/4.....other measurement is .375-16x1.25 (im assuming same measurement?

On an 89 4.0....is the furthest back hole on the bottom of the exhaust manifold a stud or actual bolt? got a bolt from a spare renix 4.0 and it wouldn't screw in...old one maybe busted off in the head...hope not...

Right now I'm lifted a little over 4.5" and I'm sitting on 235/75/15. I just bought 32/11.5/15 courser m/ts. I tow every once in a while and I was wondering if I need to regear or if it will get the job done. Its a 98 cherokee c8.25 so I assume that's 3.55 gears. Should I go up to 4.10 or higher?

He says that because it's a very small change for a very large amount of money. To actually regear you're looking at up to $1k. If you go to larger tires in the future that's just pissed away. If you have a line on a cheap set of 4.10:1 axles already then go for it... it's a lot cheaper than gears, setup kit, and either shop labor or tools/time.
An AW4 turning 32s towing junk I would put in 4:56.1. Same other people run on 33s. Don't forget an auxiliary transmission cooler.

I have a 97 Cherokee with the 4.0 have misfire code come up on 1 and a multiple misfire code come up tried everything to get rid of it, just replace distributer, new cap, rotor, new plugs, wires still get the codes changed the injector on 1 no change
