Also, not sure, if this could be related, but it sounds like there is a lot of clicking noises coming from under my valve cover, it may just be time to adjust the valves.
only speaking from my experience..if you try to stall it with a seafoam treatment and it doesnt stall you may get a visual confirmation of leak such as..

Will stock shocks work on a 2" lift for a XJ? I have all the parts for the lift except the shocks.

Yes, but you may want to replace them soon anyway if they're original.

You will get very little downtravel.

The reason why I'm asking is because I want to install my lift this weekend but I don't have the shocks

What do you define as "cheap"? Rustoluem sells bedliner at Walmart for $44 a gallon. Hurculiner is around $100 a gallon at auto parts stores.

Is there some sort of up limit switch for the window motor? When I put my driver window up it hits the top and starts clicking. Any easy cure for this?

I wouldn't have thought otherwise, but somebody somewhere said you didn't need to. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
Thanks!

Yeah I ordered new shocks from BDS should be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Found out my back shocks are dented up. The back left side one was crushed.

Try and pick up some bar pin eliminators in the near futures. Helps with down travel and makes future installations easy

Will do, should I get some for both front and rear? Oh and I had to cut the exhaust pipe because the shackles were hitting it.

First, I've cut my exhaust back like 9" due to same reason. Extended shackles will cause that plus I had an aftermarket pipe. And you're at a 90* angle which is also common with stock leafs and an extended shackles. Shackles relocators can help with that
