yes you do. Plan an afternoon with a buddy that has air tools to decrease the pain.
remove tire.
remove brake caliper.
remove brake disk.
remove 36mm hum nut (will be VERY tight, needs to be put back on to 175 ft-lb torque - air wrench VERY helpful to remove).
remove bolts holding hub to knuckle (13mm, 12-point).
break hub loose with cold chisel or extension trick.
pull axle shaft and replace u-joint.
reinstall in reverse.

I'm replacing my engine and I was told to unbolt the flywheel from the torque converter. I dont want to sound dumb but is that the bolts for the flex plate?
If not can someone snap a pic or two so I know what to unbolt. I'm learning by doing but I don't want to mess anything up I dont have too.

Thanks Fantic238, but I'm still a bit dense,"bell houseing cover" would that be the inspection cover? Sorry for these simple sounding question's but I don't have a clue on this and I couldn't find an exploded view of the AW_4 trans. that showed this.

wildspear crawl under and look at the back of the engine/ front of trans. There is a sheetmetal cover there you have to take off. Once it is off you un bolt the t.converter bolts one at a time by turning the engine over with a breaker bar on the front of the crankshaft.
