Does anyone have a writeup for replacing parking brake lines? I want to replace the one going to my passenger rear drum because I keep snagging it offroad and right where it goes into the backside of the drum the cable casing has split.

It has three prongs on the end in the drum. You need to push the prongs down and slide it back. After you disconnect the cable of course. I have a new one e sitting at home if you still haven't gotten it off I can show you. That won't be till 630 though

Best way I found to un clip the 3 prongs... Closed end of a 13mm wrench. Push on pull out cable.

Why are there 3 starter relays?

Starter Motor Relay (Kick panel: Fuse #19 (10A red))
Starter Motor Relay (Engine Bay Fuse Box (PDC). Fuse #10. See diagrams)
Starter Motor Relay (Engine Bay Fuse Box (PDC). “Cube” relay at top of fusebox)

Engine Bay Fuse Box (PDC)

KICK PANEL

There aren't 3 relays - there is 1 relay and two fuses (and then the solenoid which serves a similar purpose to a relay).

From 1999 FSM:

Hey I appreciate the help, I have the drum off and see where it clips in with the prongs. Do I unhook it from the adjuster first, then press the prongs in? What about the end of the cable past the prongs, does that connect to anything? Might need to pull the shoes to gain access.

I need part #4 or #5? Missing heater control bulbs. Why are only 2 items labelled in the diagram? Yet, there are 10 parts listed, and all the unlabelled ones have a negative number?

The FSMs don't label everything, they's what the dash means.

The bulbs that are back there are 3157 bulbs - available at any auto parts store. There are 2 of them IIRC

Dukie, it seems 3157's are turn signal bulbs. They are huge. I don't think this is the right bulb.

Behind the dash? I thought they were 1157, but I don't know.
