Radiator. Unplug it. With the key in the ON position, if you jumper the 2 wires in the harness, the fan should come on. Watch your fingers.

I see that.

Are you testing the harness or the TPS?

The Jeep does not need to be on.

To test the TPS put the meter on the 2k mark. Go out there and touch the two pins you're supposed to touch. Tell us what it says.

Brake question!

My Jeep is a 94 2wd by the vin, front D30 is from a 95 with ABS-shouldnt matter.
All caliper, rotor, and pad part numbers i have found between the two are the exact same. I have Chevy front brake lines.

I have a grinding noise coming from the front right wheel and the rotor is sticking and wont let the tire turn like the drivers side but does turn. The caliper locked up on me once and i replaced it with the 1 i got on the axle when i bought it.

Now that its locked up again should i bleed the master cylinder? I replaced the rotor today with another one i had to see if that was causing the grinding and now the caliper sticks and pulls to the left under hard braking. I dont really understand what cause the grinding noise to begin with.

Sounds like you need a new hub. Or you've got air in the lines. Or both. I had both.

I'm gonna go to the brake shop tomorrow and see what we figure out but i dont understand what changing the rotor did to make the damn thing pull left.

Did you check your wheel bearings? Both of mine went out randomly and suddenly, unlike most that go out over a period of time.

How? It spins freely after about a 1/4 of a turn and then catches hard again for that 1/4 of a rotation.

Grab the top and bottom of the tire when its off the ground and push in from the top while you pull out from the bottom and alternate. If its not tight and moves (you'll be able to feel it a little) its in need of a hub.

And you could pull the caliper and spin the wheel to be sure. Would be easy as long as its not the one that stripped..

Thought that was a ball joint test too?
