Fronts are usually hacked off.

Cut off the outer skin. You can do relief cuts and pound in the inner seam, just like you do to the rear well.

Needle nose or screw driver. Pop the clip.

I assume that's what he's talking about.

I meant remove the whole thing. You meant open it.

So you need the specs for the bolt? Are you missing one? Iv looked and looked and cant find anything, best bet is to pull one from the junkyard if yours is missing or damaged.

Clown, thanks for the help. Im going to apply seam sealer to the inside of the seam before I pound it over so it has a good seal. I think I finally convinced myself on the fender cut and fold to. I could easily bend a few tabs out to mount my lawn edging flares to instead of bolting brackets to the stock flare bolt holes.

Do they not have rust where you are? Serious question lol. Up here there are no bolts worth having from the underside of any vehicle

I can't remember if it's a 5/16" or 3/8" bolt.

Yes we have rust here lol, maybe not as bad where you are though. My jeep has lived all its life here and only has a small amount of quarter panel rust on one side. The junk yard cherokees arent all rusted over, just have to find the right one.
