idk if its just me....but i cant get the picture big enough to read it....is it saying that the green/black wire is switched power?
when i turn the headlights on the fogs come on...with the switch on or off...but when i click my high beams on they go off like theyre supposed to...the little indicator light goes on and off with the switch...but the fogs only go off when i kill the headlights or switch to highbeams...

Though, for what it's worth, with guys like Walmart sometimes the battery will be cheapened to meet a specific price target (build-to-spec, see Champion Labs making the low-end FRAM OCODs as well as higher end filters), however another trick is just by working margins, volume, and warranties.
