If you feel like spending $5 bucks and hacking through the old rubber, you can throw some poly dust covers on them.

My Polly dust covers split within 100 miles and fell off.... Waste of $5 IMO.

They're on my dads... only got maybe 200-300 miles since the install. That sucks if they blow out quick. Especially since I put em on for him lol.

Have you tried Estwood? I've bought a few smaller things from them and have been happy for my usage. It may not be PRO quality but their stuff has worked for me so far. I haven't used one before but it looks like you can get the dies and a bead roller for under $250. Here is a link.
