I'd first do a connection refresh, clean all the connectors, especially grounds, make sure your power is good. Yank the battery off for a while (called "resetting the ECU") and see if it goes away. Otherwise time for a new ECU

The error means that the power on self test (POST) determined that your programming no longer matches its signature.

Great info here. Bookmark. I think you need to clean/ replace your IAC.

Hmm I take that back then... I was just commenting on the message lol

+1 look at IAC. Honestly I'm surprised the thing would even work if the EEPROM was corrupt.

how likely is it that my death wobble is caused by bad control arms or a slightly bent or tweaked not noticeably? or a bracket bent? or just bad bushings?

My bushings were bad and have me a shimmy between 45-55 mph when I was braking... Chances are you need new ones anyway I they are stock...

Instead of resurfacing my flywheel when doing the clutch replacement tomorrow, Im going to do what the FSM says and only break the glazing off. Your supposed to use 180 emery cloth, so far iv only found 180 grit sand paper and also scotch brite paint scuffing pad. It doesnt say the grit however. Will either of those work?

Why are you so opposed to doing it correctly?

I'd make sure it's nice and flat first. If it is use the 180 sand paper scuff it good. If its not flat, have it resurfaced.

I was going to have it resurfaced however when I read that your not supposed to due to the flywheels unique contour I decided not to. Inspect for excessive wear, cracks, or grooves deeper than .003", if it checks out you just scuff it lightly and your set. Il inspect mine when its apart, if it appears ok Il clean it up and install the new clutch kit. Thank you

Thank you for reading **** on the internet. Resurfacing your flywheel is rhe correct way.

Just like turning rotors is the correct way to change brake pads.

I have probably done a hundred clutches this way. it's not necessary to turn it every time, only if its trashed up. Taking the glaze off just helps seat in the disc. I never turn rotors, just replace them. Unless you can true them on the car. Plus the crap they sell anymore, 2 sets of pads and there done anyway.

Thanks I appreciate your input. The reason Im tearing into it is because after wheelin a week ago it started squeeling at idle once it warms up, but the second I press on the clutch it goes away. It was also getting harder and harder to shift. It has 170k and I bet its the original clutch. So im thinking either throwout or pilot bearing is about to fail and I bet the clutch disc is worn. I have a new clutch kit ready to install but wanted to figure this out first. So if my flywheel checks out ok as far as no cracks for deep grooves, Il be ok with a simple sand sanding?
