This is a pic of a 2000 Cherokee sport. I believe the pic shows no SYE and it doesn't have a transfer drop either. It has a RC 4" lift. What is the sensor to the right of the transfer case?

Now it heats up slowly after about 15-20mins of highway driving to about 210-220. What to do now ?
You have a clogged radiator.

I have found the problem. The bushing on both of the rear shocks are gone (where they bolt to the rear end). Does autozone or some other auto parts store sell just bushings or should I buy new shocks? Also, am I able to replace these without jacking the car up? I can wiggle them and get up under the car but I'm not sure if it's a bad idea.

Thanks for the help.

IMO Just buy new shocks. By the time you find bushings, have them pressed in and install the shocks you might as well have replaced the shock.

The 2000 cherokee sport I'll be getting doesnt have a gas tank (plastic) skid plate. It has a 4" RC lift and a hitch with original back bumper. I shouldn't have a problem putting a OME tank skid plate from the "you pull it" should I?

Do I need to lift the jeep to replace the shocks? The only jack I have is the one that came with the jeep and is like to not have to take it somewhere. I am very limited on tools since I am not in my home town.

Thanks

Check your fuse box under the hood for a blown fuse.

I tried searching, and honestly i have not had the time to scroll through this 750post thread... but i have a tranny problem.

Im needing to swap in yet another tranny, and i was wondering if the tranny from a 1994 cherokee will bolt/plug into my 1998?
