I forgot to take a pic of the lines but this was hanging off of them
Could this be causing it to run too rich and rough?

I saw it somewhere here but can't seem two find it. On my 91 XJ Limited, there is a switch for the transmission that has comfort or power as choices. Would one give better gas mileage than the other??
