Well Looks like I am going to be making my own set of projectors. Like I said awhile back when I got my lights they were missing the bulb clips so I made some out of wire. My light cutoff was messed up when I installed them. I blamed it on the home made clips. After a good bit of procrastination I finally got around to ordering some new ones. I got them installed last night and they did not make a difference. I didn't get a pic but this shows how the light cutoff should be and the red line shows how my light cutoff angles upwards.

They look fine with the brights on so that leads me to believe that the cutoff shield is damaged. To fix that I will have to completely tear apart the light and with all the JB weld its going to be a pita if even possible without destroying the housing. I will probably just start from scratch with a set of FX-R projectors for even more light.
I hope my case is just an isolated one and you guys that have been waiting months don't have the same problem. I always seem to have bad luck when I don't do things myself.

If you ask me, the saddest part about all of this for him as a business owner is not the quality of his product (mostly), or the price of his product, but the almost complete and total lack of communication. This guy has done a huge amount of irreparable damage to his reputation and his business. All because he could be bothered to take 5 minutes once every couple of weeks and communicate with his customers.

Mine are pretty much the same way. How big of a hole did you drill for clearance behind the housing? I think that part of my problem is that when I try to adjust the housings to aim them the back part of the housing it hitting the edges of the hole I drilled. I can tell this because my adjustment screws are loose aka the housing hasn't moved to keep pressure on the screw because it is hitting in the back. For those of you who are going to install these in the future I'd suggest drilling at least a 2" hole not a 1".

I agree with Andy^^^^^definitly drill a bigger hole than a 1". I have yet to do it but need too because of the back of bulb hitting and cant adjust down anymore. Luckily i still have a greenlee knock out set ...hehe

Someone posted this on their Facebook page, which one of you guys was it?
Why couldn't he just take a minute to copy and paste that here, and on his main Facebook page, instead of emailing one customer? Sheesh.
Here is an e-mail I got today...
It's been so long since I made my order (aprox 85 days) that I don't even know what to think about this...
Jason Kelly,
We have had a multitude of emails and calls come in and I sadly haven't had time to reply to every one. We have heard rumors of us not being in business any more or that we are not planning to ship out headlight orders. None of these rumors are true. We just simply have not been able to keep up with orders over the past 3 months. In attempt to get back on schedule I have hired part time help to specifically make headlights. I am also in the process of building my own custom tank to be able to soak more housings at once which will help on production time. I can assure you that your parts will still be of the upmost quality we've promised and no corners will be cut in order to speed up production time.
You WILL be receiving the order you have paid for as soon as we can complete it. Upon completion you will get an email sent to the address attached to your Paypal account with a USPS Priority Mail tracking number. I understand the wait is a little unnerving and we appreciate your patience. If you have decided that you would like to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible and we can refund your money. Please do not attempt a refund through Paypal as this creates a bigger headache for you and I than it is worth. If you have already attempted a refund through Paypal please let me know and we will do our best to work out the situation.
Please reply to this email if you have any questions about your order as it is the easiest means to get ahold of me because I can then reply to your inquire after I get off work.

True. I was thinking that maybe the housing wasn't sitting correctly and that the reason your beam didn't go up is because it was canted down. But you would probably see evidence of that in the center because the other side would have to be more up. So yeah might not be the problem. I want to take a couple of shots of the jeep pattern compared to those of my other two cars with factory HID to see how the patterns look in comparison.
I did use a 2" hole saw, but if the light was hitting the hole I don't see how that would effect the cutoffs horizontal line. It would just stop you from adjusting the light properly. I'm going to mess with them a little more today and try a few things I read on Hid planet. Its possible its just the low quality bulbs.
