HID Headlight Kit
Here's a thought for everyone: cancel all orders, dispute payment with PayPal or credit card company. Order somewhere else. This thread is like 50 pages of "well. I haven't gotten **** yet and its been 6mo"

This situation is certainly interesting. As a current potential customer, the only thing I can add speculation-wise that hasn't been said 50+ times already is that if 100 sets have been ordered, which I think is a fair estimate, he is sitting on $20,000 of customer's money. My worry is that he has had big or unexpected bills to pay or whatever, and he is just planning to "catch up" with the headlight kits once he gets back on track finance-wise. My conspiracy theory of the day.

Sounds like a crock to me. How about he sends you a picture of the damaged units as proof of his misfortune (and ours)? I've dealt with some really terrible customer service in my day; I work in IT and have to deal with completely inept folks in India all the time. But this is hands-down the worst experience I've had. I think we've all exhibited more than enough patience, and has been said time and time and time again, all many of us are asking for is better communication. Communication that would take him all of 5 minutes a week to produce on this thread.
Any decent business person would have been all over these forums recently to profusely apologize for the crooked lenses that another member received, and make assurances that they would be replaced ASAP, and thus provide some assurance to the rest of us that he hasn't just stolen our money.
This guy had a golden opportunity to make a name for himself on one of the biggest forums on the net. And he completely and totally blew it. Not only that, I'm sure many of us are members of other forums and will, as the situation arises, warn others of doing business with him.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt early on, especially at his price point. I really wanted to believe him, but he clearly lied to me about shipping the headlights. Also he says the best way to get in contact is to text him, well we have all tried that to no avail except for one person. I'm surprised the mods continue to let him be a sponsor here after this debacle. We are all busy, but to not respond to a text message that would take all of one minute is just unacceptable. Hes obviously seeing them and just clearly ignoring them. To everyone who expects a decent product, and for their product to get bumped up quicker because of all the cancellations I wouldn't bank on it. He forgot one customers clips to secure the bulb, and another customers lenses are crooked. Thankfully my bank was understanding and all I have to do is fill out a affidavit for a refund. Hopefully it comes right out his account too.

I want to know what phone number Tom95yj is texting?
Canceling my order as well, i gave it a shot, going to give him one more day till I file a dispute. I'm sure he doesn't care or he would have replied to my order cancellation.

From one of threads that I started a while ago... This is what Kris said.
"I have mentioned this before in threads but to state it again, the BEST way to get ahold of me is by texting 509-834-3260 any time. This is my personal cell phone and I always have it on me. I go in to Canada 3 or more days a week for my day job so I don't always get emails. You can also call me but if you do and I don't answer, LEAVE A MESSAGE or else most likely your number will get mixed up in the list with the 50 other people that called me that afternoon. "
