Please do not attempt a refund through Paypal as this creates a bigger headache for you and I than it is worth.
How is that true? It does immediately take his money and puts it on hold until he provides tracking or clicks one button returning the funds. There is no headache at all on the buyers end, it's there to protect the buyer. But you only have 60 days to do so. After that there is no recourse to get your money back.

I think if a paypal account gets too many disputes filed against it then PayPal shuts it down so he probably doesn't want his account closed over this.

Mike, the cutoff would be slightly altered because of the bulb not seating in a level or straight manor if it's slightly pressing on the chassis due to adjustment. The shields are just flat pieces of metal so odds are it's a alignment issues within the projector such as the previously stated or a deformity within the reflector housing.

Sooooo glad I made my own instead of ordering from him. Sorry everyone is having such rough luck so far.

I want to take a couple of shots of the jeep pattern compared to those of my other two cars with factory HID to see how the patterns look in comparison.
Sorry I'm not 100% sure of what you are saying here, but I would like to see what your cutoff looks like.

Yeah if the bulb was being pushed I could see that throwing off the cutoff because my original though was the clips I made were not setting the bulbs right. After messing with them more last night I was parked near a wall and the cutoff seem to be better as in its a straighter line, but now it looks like the projectors were not set into the housings completely horizontal. It's strange though both of them are at the same angle. I didn't have a camera with me last night. I will try and get a pic tonight.

Don't worry I wasn't 100% sure what I was saying either LOL. I had a thought but it wasn't coming out properly. What I was saying is that if the light housing was not sitting perfectly horizontal then the left side being low would mean the right side would be high kind of like \ so to speak. And that doesn't look like the case in your pic. Am I correct in my thinking that you are using home made clips to hold the bulbs, or was that just what you had done previously and now you have proper clips?

I will see if I can get some pictures, that is if it ever quits snowing around here long enough.

File a Paypal claim if you still can... I guarantee you'll hear from him very soon after that.

There is no harm in filing one.. it simply takes the money from him and they hold it until he can prove delivery.. its designed to protect you in cases like this.

Past two months so I cannot file a claim. The wait time didn't bother me, it's just I need the refund do to unforeseen things. Quick to take the money but not to quick to give it back.

ETA: Turns out the headlights already shipped, so if I am really in a pinch MAY be selling them on here.
