So 2.5 inch piping into a glasspack then straight out the back

OR

2.5 inch piping into a hi-flow cat from performance curve straight out the back

I don't think you can go 100 ....maybe if your friends hooked u up with free parts...but no I think a good mix is a 60$ muffler 80$ hi cat. And 150 cheapest localy for your header.....the most u pay is 325 for all that

I'd sudgest a hi flow cat...but u need to take the high flow to put in an o2 hole for your sensor...also id recommend the flowmaster 40 or 44... If u want loud go for a glass pack...if louder then flowmaster 10

I've built exhaust systems... my dads friend builds custom stainless headers for classic race cars and rare customs... its not real hard. Just need the flange and the dimensions.... you could really go all out.
