The only thing longer on your Jeep than my Jeep is the front door.
Thanks for the info.
I was hoping that was the case since none of the lift kits listed, specified 2 or 4dr.

I met a friend of one of my co-workers yesterday (who supposedly knows everything Jeep), who told me that the leaf springs on my 2 door are longer than those on a 4 door and to keep that in mind when buying a lift kit from the internet.

So.................I asked the question to the seller, of the kit I want to get from ebay. He wrote me back stating that they are the same length.
As they said, they're all the same. The only difference in the unibodies is the Comanche. We have longer springs than the Cherokee family.

You can get advanced adapters and Tom woods from rustys, iron rock offload also sells rebuilt front driveshafts to use in the rear if you wanna go that route.

Fun fun.
She still hates me for leaving my keys in your xj! Lol. Had to ride with the crazy man two extra times. Haha.

Default What else should I do...

I got a great deal on a Zone 4.5" lift for my 98 XJ from Allen's Offroad (from the vendor forum). I did get a steering stabilizer, but what else should I get to make this lift a success. I know, I know, it is a loaded question, but please keep in mind that this a daily driver, and I just want an aggressive look, not going to be rock crawling or anything agressive.
I am thinking about upgrading the front brakes since I will be adding weight and eventually adding bigger wheels and tires.
