That should pretty much cover you unless you still need a driveshaft.

i fount the combo on rustys. but they have different length driveshafts. i wasnt sure wich length to order???? or if theres anything i needed to do to the front driveshaft. i ended up ordering rustys 6.5in short arm kit.

you have to measure for a custom shaft after you lift it, I'm not sure how high you can go with the front shaft.

i can get buy without a front driveshaft for a while anyway. i would just like to to the sye in one shot. just didnt know if someone on here has lifted a cherokee thats around the same age as mine and knew what length to get.

Just pull a 4.0L AW4 XJ front driveshaft.

Default 3" coils ...do i HAVE to get new shocks

ok so i have got the 3" coils and my AAL and dont wanna wait to install ,,,,do i have to get new longer shocks or will my stock ones work for now ?

lol, You stock shocks won't explode but they'll be maxed out.

You could run it until you buy some more.

im looking to trim my fenders, didnt know if any of yall had any helpful tips before i started hacking at my defenseless xj.

Don't rape your rear fender. There's a pinch seam there, and you should do relief cuts before cautiously bending it up very gently...with a mallet.

Here's a great write-up for fender trimming and the rear quarter cut and fold. If you're only doing the trimming, skip down to about halfway through.

Alright I'm stuck between 5.5 or 6.5 IRO LA kits I'm do dd this xj also but by the time I get the lift it will be mainly for offroading. Just wanted to know what you guys think.
