I've never really had an issue with rc. I've bought a bunch of kits from them. I'm more than happy with my most recent kit.

Bring on the fire.

Quality isn't the issue customer service is the problem.

Quality is, too.

Their 4.5" leaf springs are too short. This has been a known issue for years, and they continue to ignore it because they're making money either way.

That isn't their only quality issue, but it's the only one that I find unacceptable.

Can anyone with a 1996 explain how to get the bumpstop off the front?

...I'm going to order Zone 3/4 inch coil spacers (if no one objects), and reading their install instructions, the spacer mounts above the tin can. And when I recently had the coils off, I had tried moving that puppy, and grunting with a BFW don't help: wouldn't budge. (Granted, I didn't grunt a lot as I was just wondering how hard it would be if it came to having to remove it, but still ....)

Zone is a good company, and pretty much all coil spacers are the same. As for the bumpstops, you shouldn't have to remove them. Spacer should slide up around it.

I believe they twist off, attached by a threaded rod they are. grab some large pliers and twist em. By the way, your jeep came out great!

Plasti dip them black. This way if you don't like it you can just peel them off.

Yeah that's one thing I never understood. That's been going on for a while. They fixed the shock and bushing issue... Why not fix the leafs too?

I've never had a problem with customer service. They sent me new shock bushings twice in the past no problems. And with my latest kit I asked for more stickers and they sent them. Maybe it depends on who you talk to? Idk. They gave me 50 bucks off the price too, just because I asked...
