I can look the other way on where it's made due to the lifetime warranty and there customer support after purchasing lifts mine was about $400 from them and my buddy shelled out close to a grand through rough country we hit em up for some stickers we felt we should have received. One week later I had 3 stickers and a window banner, however 2 days later my buddy got a email with a link to where he could purchase stickers. Now that does not apply to what were talking about but I can tell you first hand it's not your traditional cheapo Chinese budget lift kit they are quality components.

I think he thinks youre talkin bout sellin him shocks lol. Not hockey pucks.
Also, would it be possible that while flexing that softball might get caught in the springs? Since the gap in the springs would be wider? Just curious, seems like it could be possible to me since the springs stretch out.

How about bump stops? You will **** the shocks up if you don't limit the up travel so that the shock doesn't act as a bumpstop. Id put the shocks on, flex until they are 3/4 of an inch from fully compressed, and measure for bumpstops, the 3/4 inch will allow for the little bit of squish when the bumpstop hits whatever you use as a spacer. I used hockey pucks, cheap and easy.

Yep. Even their customer service is terrible. If you dont talk to the right person they will absolutely have no idea what they're talking about. Even when it comes to simple stuff like what comes with their lift kits.
That's whose customer service I was talking about
