Filled the '95 with gas last night, for the first time since I replaced the instrument cluster. Glad I did. The new gas gauge is much more accurate than the old one was. Gauge was at 1/4 tank. With the old cluster, when it was at 1/4 tank, I'd have to work to squeeze 10 gallons in. With the new gauge at 1/4 tank, it took 14 gallons.

Ran the rear axle breather over and around the gas tank, and up to the flap. Its above the floorpan now.

found the source of my power steering leak, high pressure line had a big hole in it. luckily the parts store near me had one in stock. replaced it and now the fitting the pressure line screws into on the pump is leaking.

so its just gonna have to leak for a while till i cool off enough to fix it

Finally mounted the quick disconnect pins, disconnected and flexed a bit.

Default steering box

Just put a new steering box in my sons 2000 XJ.. I used the box from a 99 Durango. Bolt in deal with only having to use 1/16th" washers to space it out. New box is way beefier and steers like a dream with absolutely no play like the stock box.

Why did you use spacers on the box? Mine was a direct bolt on mod. No spacers needed

Had to space it out as the stock frame space was just a bit to shallow for the size of the new box. It is significantly bigger than the stock one.
