Finally mounted my new bumper from Creepy Fabrication. Definitely worth the price! Had to do some tweaking to get it on. Apparently the PO tapped something and pushed driver's side mount back just a little to require some adjusting. Tomorrow I mount new wheels & tires. It's coming together slowly but surely.
Looks good! Love mine.

I like the look of you guys bumpers, The only thing is I wish, is that you could have got a receiver hitch incorporated into it.

For just $50 you can! But I personally didn't want one, just wanted a simple BA bumper with nothing extra that I wouldn't use.

Pulled the alternator to troubleshoot a power issue that left the old lady and I in a pickle the other night. Alternator tested perfect, so back in the went. Had the battery tested while I was putting the alternator back in and it turns out I had a bad cell that nuked the battery. Of either one comes back out of the Jeep in the near future, I'm putting in a deep cycle and a 160amp alternator. Buy was that a chore trying to work in the rain.

Help! Took it in for check up for long road trip. Oil gauge is on 0. Is this safe?
Took my jeep in today for a check up, as I am leaving on a long cross country trip. First they said it was leaking oil, then they said it was over full. Panel gauge is on 0. Shouldn't it be mid range, like 40? It's a 1996, only 101,000 miles, well cared for. I don't want to get stranded in the badlands. Help! Is this normal? The oil was changed 6mo. ago with very minimal miles driven since. Is the gauge broken? Heeeeelp!!!

Mounted my roof rack up today. I wanted a surco rack but my wife got me this one for fathers day. Its a Reese brand, good enough for hauling our camping gear. I took the Reese logo off and put a rustys sticker on there I had laying around.

Drove it. My new hood vents work awesome. Didn't climb a bit over 210 and I drove over 100 miles

Your temp should never go over 210. If it does, something needs to be replaced in your cooling system. Hood vents are meant to allow hot air to escape so the engine bay stays cooler. This prevents heat soak and prolongs the service life of plastic and rubber components under the hood

Still working at fixing my floor pans, i have most of the pass side done and a little stitch work to do on the drivers. Has anyone re-built the seat mount for the front of the chair rail, the hump part that's welded to the floor pan?

I don't think I've ever heard of that company but I like that bumper (clean and simple) and $300 is not bad.

I picked up the bumper from Creepy for $250 then spent the $60 for JCR's Hoop kit. this is how it looks now with the fog lights installed.

Brad's awesome and the work is top-notch.
