There's no like button so...

I won't do another bolt on one. Weld-on with removable center section if I do it again.

About to go work on my Heep once I'm off the crapper.

Got out of work yesterday, go to put the windows down and it stops halfway. Pulled the switched apart, cleaned them, and still nothing. NAPA, advanced, nor Autozone could get me just the switches. Took the door apart in the parking lot, lo and behold, the connector for the positive wire on the plug broke. Pulled it out and replaced the connector. And... It works!

Ordered a 1200W Rockford Fosgate marine grade mono amp for the subs in the Wrangler. Should sound great when they're getting proper power instead of the 150W RMS Sony amp that finally died.

Ground away some rust and paint to see just how much good metal is left in my quarters. Looks like enough to do a cut and fold with a little rebuilding and only a slight fender trim is needed to get back to good metal. May have just saved myself $500 by not having to have a pair of quarters shipped to Canada.

$237 each plus taxes from Ottawa as a special order, or $107 each from south of the border, but $178 for shipping. Then ad duties and taxes and if it isn't $500 it will be more. Exact same quarters too.

You have to take the frame mounts off to drop the xmember, it sucks.

i wish I had done that kit, but wen I get the pain in the *** rustys arms on and forget how bad they pissed me off I will be happy with them. My tool buddy has them on his xj and they work pretty good for him. He had a lot of travel left in this pic, but his e brake cable was about to snap so we stopped.

I have been researching what long arm kit I want to get for the zj for forever. I like iro because the back includes a whole other X member. A lot of other kits just have two separate mounts.

I'd build my own if I were doing it again. Mine won't be the same next year...

my next jeep will have synergy 4 link brackets, and custom links. This jeep isn't gonna see very much trail time when I get a beater.
