Noticed my hood release seemed a bit "notchy" the last couple of times I've been under the hood. Thought maybe the cable was just getting dry since we have had zero rain in this part of the state for 2 months.
While lubing the cable and other moving parts of the hood release mechanism, I noticed the barrel on the end of the cable was only seated on 1 side. Got a pair of narrow needle-nose pliers and re-seated the barrel on both sides and "viola"! Buttery smooth hood release.
Now to get the throttle body, etc. cleaned up before injector upgrade.

Reason: Misspelling
Pulled the drivers seat which had busted. Some friends with a body shop helped reweld the frame. While it was out I pulled the nasty carpet off that side and we ripped out the rusted through floor pan and fabricated a new one and welded it in.
How loud are you really going to listen to music? I have had zero complaints with Polk audio in the past and for marine speakers in half doors that youre not going to run on a daily basis, I would buy them if I could afford them
The more important question is, "How long do you plan to use those speakers?"
You aren't getting real marine grade speakers for $20, especially not from one of the lowest quality brands on the market.
I'm not telling you what you can or can't do. I'm only saying I'd rather buy speakers that sound decent and won't need to be replaced after turning up the music twice.

If you want to save money....decide what "pressure rating" you want to use...check around for that injector on other make vechicles..quick trip to Junk Yard..I carry a fuel pump, hose, clamps, and gas can. Then you can test the used injectors on the spot

Dodge Caravan has 6 injectors #402. I have been using a flow-matched set for over 3 years.
Picked up my set of doors. No cancer in any spots that won't be removed in the chop. Not sure what I'm gunna do with the glass. May hold onto it in case I blow a window out. Also excited to see if the window regulators are any good so I can replace my drivers window, it brings if you hold the button after it hits top or bottom.
Yup. Got the deathwobble under control enough that it takes a pretty good jolt to get it going. Took it to work. Then down to the mother in-law's house after work for my daughter's b-day celebration. Then back home with 2 of the 3 kiddos 'cause they've been itching to ride in it since the lift.

This all the way. How loud are you going to listen to your music? Ask that question again when you have loud exhaust and no carpet. Windows up, windows down, doors off, it's always loud... you're stereo winds up being at a constant state of LOUD just to be able to be heard over all of that. If you have all your carpet and a quiet exhaust, then yeah, maybe you'll end up being able to cheap out and not worry about turning them up. I'd be surprised if that was the actual case though.

I have no carpet, straight exhaust and a hollowed out muffler. So I know loud exhaust. I've run with my half doors on at 55 and still could hear my factory dash speakers so I Dont need it up that loud to hear it. And when I wheel, I like my music turned down so I can hear my jeep scraping against rocks or if something is loose or breaks. So when I buy those speakers, I will give you all feedback on them. If they suck or blow then all I wasted was $20 for a lesson learned
