Installed my Boostwerks t-case shift linkage yesterday, and did the CPS and general maintenance today.

Upgraded the engine-block to firewall ground cable, and wired in an engine-block to battery ground cable as well using 0/1 oversized KnuKonceptz 300amp wire.

Cleaned some engine grounds, battery terminals, and a few critical sensor connections using electronics cleaner.

Now I just need to figure out why my stupid drivers side rear shock keeps sliding off the boot. I should probably just get some bar-pin eliminators and be done with it
Driving me mad - makes a horrific clunking/crashing sound everytime I hit the smallest bump.

Swapped out the D30 for a newer one with good bearings, installed RE super-flex uppers, and swapped out my Rusty's coils for RE to level it out.

Went to the junkyard and found another overhead console with a non-hacked up wiring harness and bought it. I now have a fully functional OHC with working compass, ambient temp. and more map lights than I know what to do with. Just need to recover it with some fresh headliner fabric and do a little cleanup on it.

I think I may replace the storage pocket section with a switch panel but I'm still bouncing ideas around about accessory switches.

Metal detectors are not permitted within the National Seashore. Would need a coin sniffing dog.

Went to bleed the front brakes on the new axle today and after failing for 20 minutes I realized something.... I put the calipers on the wrong sides. Yay, I'll finish later.

Wow! that is pretty cool Steve. Curious how you dated the shipwreck, local lore, construction, known event? Seriously that is pretty cool.

While replacing the ujoint in my passenger side hub, I discovered that 1. This had to have been the original ujoint because it was hell to get it out and 2. I have a solid shaft not the two piece with vacuum disconnect that I thought was supposed to be in my jeep.

Vacuum disco went halfway through '91. I can't see what model year yours is

Watched it get covered in snow.

No biggie, except that I got part way through pulling the old front axle to replace it with a new HP. Looks like I'll take a couple days off from the build project.
