If you can't break it hot, try cooling it down with a cold wet rag. Unless someone here thinks that's a terrible idea. I'm just a dumb welder but, when I want metal to move, it's fast heat and/or fast cold. Also, as before stated, I only had to use some PB Blaster and an adjustable wrench.

a wet rag isn't "cold" lol. Hot/cold cycling to break rust is more like 400° to 40° in two seconds.

I used those 2" round Surface Prep disks "Cookies" attatched to my 90degree air die grinder.

I used the red "medium" on the block and intake. I used the brown "coarse" on the exhaust manifold, followed by the medium.

It makes quick work of any remaining gasket material stuck on there.

They make a special deep socket just for Oxygen sensors..........It has a slot cut in the side for you to put the wires through while you wrench it.........
But honestly, that is only for when you want to re-use your original sensor.........
Here's what you do:
Clip the wire harness off right at the end of the sensor.
Get a 7/8" Deep socket (preferably 6-point) 1/2"-drive.
Get the biggest breaker-bar you can find.

I gaurantee it will come right out!
Then just use a 7/8" open end wrench, or adjustable wrench to install your new one. They don't have to be super tight. It uses a crush-gasket just like a spark plug.

Spent the day chiseling off two lug nuts after breaking two impact sockets, an impact adapter, a ratchet, and a wrench. Not including several other makeshift tools welded to the lug nuts. Why someone felt the need to put them on so tight I will never know.

Lol, that made me laugh for some reason... My jeeps the same way, it acts like an old man. If your try and change it, it whines and complains, and then does what it wants to anyway!

finally got my passenger side door off. ended up snapping the pins pounding them out but it worked in the end and now both doors arre removable.

then i vaccumed it out, put some fender trim to sve the paint whilst taking the doors off, rearanged my cargo area, strapped my 33'' spare down, and added some tie downs from some old hooks i had since my tool box is mounted over the stock tie downs

I know the feeling. I had to drill out a whole lug nut because the tire shop put it on way too tight
