Over the weekend I did my brakes, an oil change, and did most of the wire cleanup where the dash was.
I will post pics this afternoon. My rotors were paper thin on one side.
Ended up in Weyauwega, WI instead of Montello. But the Cherokee still made it the 2 hours there and two back. No problems.

Brake job goodness.
I've noticed lately I can't do any work to the XJ until its dark out. Its pissing me off cuz I hate not being able to see what I'm doing.

Awhile ago some comedian gave me a hard time about how rough my interior looks. I agree, it did look a bit rough, but there is a method to my madness.
Its not much, but I got all the factory wires sorted, labeled, wrapped and tucked. At least I wont trip on anything that's dangling.
I also started running the dome lights into the passenger side A pillar as the pic shows. Figured I will want those lights eventually, so I decided to give them some protection by hiding them.

yeah haha that was really suprising to see. only saw a set like that once before and i had my own business as a mobile mechanic lol.
