Its actually really simple. I did the drivers side in about 45 min with a $20 four inch angle grinder from Harbor Freight and a simple pair of pliers so I didn't cut myself.

my other question is the cut n fold of the rear fender. more pics of that. i have some rust i need to trim out there and i like the clean look you got from yours.

Got my Cherokee forum stickers today. Had a good time putting them on. They were really easy, and none gave me trouble.
