I think I'm going with semi gloss black. Hopefully tonight I can spray it, but its cold and I don't have many warm places to paint. This may be a challenge.

bout time you get a nice bumper. it looks good.
go with a black. dont do multi color coats. I have bedlined rear bumper. I dont mind keeping it clean. its not that bad for me. my front is just black spray paint. easy to touch up when needed.

I just haven't really had the need for an after market one. I've got tow hooks, and I don't have a winch...yet. But this one is a prototype (someone gave me crap for calling it prototype
) and I wont find another just like it. Couple that with a GREAT price and NO wait (paid friday, got on Tuesday), I just couldn't say no. I mean, I would have a hard time getting the material alone for the price they gave me.
And I did decide on coating last night. Semi flat krylon black over grey primer.
The easy fix was what made the decision.

When I first saw your post, I was gonna complain about the "Cheep Cherokee" getting a custom bumper. ...But then I read how you got it and I have to say, good job!
