i want to change out my 88 jeep cherokee transmiision filter, the pan has 19 bolts, it does not have a tranny cooler added, it does have a hardline going into the pan itself, my book of chiltons does not show this pan, anyone know how to go about dropping the pan, does it have a clip inside the pan, and does the line up above have a bracket that secures this line?

Crack in my exhaust. Sad day
Anything I can do for now until I get a new one and headers?
And...any suggestions on systems that won't cost me so dang much? I know I'll spend like 800 on just a cheaper set.

Open it up and give it gas by hand on the throttle. That's where I would start.
