Well finally got to change the plugs last night and the old ones look just fine. Worn but no problem deposits just a nice slight pink/greying of the parts.
I guess it was time to change them.
They were Champions and I wonder if that isn't the original standard OEM plug. In any case I have replaced them with NGK V-powers. i didn't try to pull the whole coil pack rail out since it is a challenge to just to get it off the plugs without removing a whole pile of other stuff so I could not check the harness all that well.
The Jeep seems to idle better and unfortunately my cheapie dongle doesn't want to connect to my laptop just now so I couldn't see whether I have cured the misfire, my plug in verion only reads codes that have been stored and the misfire in 3 wasn't being stored, just reported.
Jeep runs well and seems to idle better as well as giving me just a little piece of mind about the inner operation with the nice evenly worn plugs!
Thanks for all the advice & help!

Your running the wrong plugs, 4.0s are very picky. I think auto lite and ngk are the only ones people recommend.

When was the last time you changed your air filter? It could be clogged and be a contributing factor. And are you sure you swamped in the correct injectors?

I appreciate the suggestion but the filter is good. The E3s have been in for a week or two now and it ran fine with no issues. It has to be an issue with the fuel delivery since this all started after the new injectors. I am going to put the old ones back in with all new o rings tonight and see if it fixes the problem.

The injectors are the 784s that pretty much everyone on the boards recommended. Something happened when I removed them to fix the o ring. I know there is no fuel leaking now, so the fuel pressure is higher than when I drove the it this weekend when the injector was leaking.

Thanks again.

Whats the best way to fix saggy door hinges and the welds to the body so that the door lines back up good?

Thinking about the same problem. Its on the back burner for my 91 as I'm fixing collision damage. I believe the wreck pushed the fender back into the door just enough to start to crack the welds and its been steadily sagging since. I didn't notice it at first.

I plan on going to 97+ doors to fix it lol. Figure I'm going yo have to cut and replace/re weld anyways, might as well upgrade. If you weren't looking to cut off and wled in, isn't there shims or something in the door latch or hinge for adjustment? I can't remember.

I dont think that there are... im gonna look at putting the door on a bottle jack and see if the hinges move. If so try to tack the hinges back and weld em up good... Thick metal hinge to thin sheet metal, what size rod should i use for my arc welder?

Out of my scope with that one... I'm still learning about my mig... my pops knows all about the arc... lol.

I like that tactic though. Might have to try that before I go Frankenstein on 97+ doors.

I just used a scissor jack to raise and bend an inner fender ...

I'd be more worried about it bend other things, or it further stressing the welds.

I hope I am posting in the right forum. I am new here.
I am having problems with my 2000 Cherokee Sport. I keep blowing headlight switches. My headlights with start to bllink and I can usually get them back on if I wiggle the switch, but it only works for a little while. I think I am on my third of fourth switch in 2 years. I have tried different brands to see if that makes a difference. It doesn't. Any help would be appreciated. I work night and this is becoming a big problem for me.

Sounds like there's some kind of problem with the wiring and or connection. Pull it out and inspect it for frays and splits. Might be causing a short enough to fry the switch.
