Thanks for the advise! Now we are having a problem with the oil pressure gauge dropping and then going back up!! I have read some ***** stories about the electrical systems on the Laredo and we are not sure if it is electrical or not? Any more suggestions??

Thank you Stryker, that makes sense about the defrost, and I'm going to buy a new sensor - eventually my whole cooling system will be new, and trouble free (knock wood)

My wife has a grand Cherokee and we have had all kinds of electrical issues with it! As far as your oil pressure I'm not real sure. Give it a day or two, someone will have the answer on here.

Whenever you install a SYE and CV style driveshaft, you need to adjust the degree shims in the rear axle setup, and remove any transfer case drop you may have. Add/subtract degree shims so the pinion of the axle points parallel with the driveshaft (with the weight on the axle)
so let me get this right the ds and pinion are supposed to be in a straight line?
or the t-case and pinion are supposed to be paralel?

Hey all,
I have an 89 XJ 4.0, the #1 cylinder I believe is not working! What would be a good deal/Upgrade to my XJ on replacing the Heads? Also how would I go about boring out my TB? Should I take it to a Machined Shop? Any advice/help will be very appreciated. Thanks!

I got a cherockee pioneer 87 and It has spark in the ignition but the gas isnt delivering to the cylinders.. So I replaced the fuel line checked the fuel pump and the rail has preassure. Can I blow the fuel line out from the rail with 40 psi from a compressor or will this fowl my plugs ?
