Quick question...

What should my oil pressure be? Just did an oil change, at cruise its right at bout 40 on the gauge, under acceleration it goes to the first notch, (50?) When I sit at a stop light it goes down one notch (30?)

Rear speaker grills, does anyone know where to get them? Or what they look like for that matter!
Thanks!

Check to make sure the positive less at the comp is not jumping around in voltage, if that's good I would suspect an AC component failure.

hey thanks guys im going to try all suggestions, just not the paper idea only because spinning it bad hand while jeep is off just sounds easier and doesn't involve me cleaning up shreds of paper and possibly a finger. wasn't trying to start a debate on the best methods just needed some friendly advice, im not a hardcore wheeler so the easier the task the better for me. once again thanks for all your suggestions

If this hasnt been dealt with first off clean your condenser. If it continues there is a relay, or sensor that is either bad or shorting out

Its a typical debate, it happens. Good luck and hopefully we helped you diagnose your issue. If not. Were still here

Recently my XJ has been running at good temps, fine on the open rode at the first mark so mathematically 160... I think the last time i put in a thermo (first of the year ish) that it was a 180 but now thinking about it more and where the gauge sits it could have been a 160 they gave me but i doubt it... anyway, in idle its starting to heat up really quick and get up at 210 and just a little past on the gauge and if the fan is on via my switch it still doesnt want to come down a whole lot but then when i start moving it cools right down. So basically im getting hot at idle and everything is full and the antifreeze is as green as it went in... What does this sound like given this info:
No shroud, wont fit with the fan clutch for whatever reason... just wont fit
E fan works and is wired up right via my write up
New er radiator (3 or 4 years old now)
Same age on the water pump
New hoses upper and lower
Fresh coolant and flushes
New fan clutch
