XJ Ask the Question Thread
X2. I agree. Newbs and others need a place to get answers without starting a bunch of random threads.
Maybe it wasn't glued back in the exact same/correct spot. The air gap is crucial on the CPS. You may end up replacing it.
You can also check the connector to verify it's clean and making a good connection.

This isn't Jeep related, but how do you submit a "smiley" or emoticon for CF? I've noticed they don't have a small AMC logo like this one.
I'd like to be able to place it within my signature. What mod or admin can do this?

has anyone had any experience with Old Man Emu systems? my springs/shocks are all shot anyways.. so, i was looking for a complete kit. i know the OME system gives you a couple inches of lift, just from how it installs, with full leaf packs and all.. which is fine for me, i'd think. it's my DD, so i'm not reaching for the sky or anything.
..contemplating between an OME system, or a Rough Country or RE 3-3.5" kit. realistically, i just want to improve ride quality by replacing everything.. unrealistically, i wish i drove 45 mins each way to work on a trail, rather than a highway.
..anyone have any thoughts on which direction i should take?

I have the rough country 3 inch on mine. Its a good lift i suppose. I replaced the old leafs with a complete leaf pack so i dont know how well there add a leafs are. But the shocks are awesome. Good ride quality also. The ome kit my buddy has on his and he swears by it.
