Is, the AX15 from a TJ, the same EXACT as one found in 94+ XJ? 4WD, Np231, everything down to the crossmember and tranny mount.

So I got new pads and drums for my 89, along with new hardware. Got them installed my a mechanic down the street. They were adjusted good, until I was driving and I heard something bouncing in my driver rear drum. Then my passenger rear drum was squeeking like crazy 24/7. Being tired of working on brakes. I took her to les schwab and they said no problem we will adjust them and fix any issues. Wrong, my back brakes lock up with the smallest touch to the brake pedal and the passenger rear is still squeeking. I'm a pretty good mechanic. But dam lol. What do you fellas think?

OK I am confused.
The check gage light came on and the voltage meter on the dash said 9 volts or no voltage I am sure is what it is telling me.
I could go over what I researched but I think it would just confuse me and you more. But here is a quick synopsis:
I need an alternator
I want a 136 amp alternator
I need one with correct connector for a 2000
Question 1: What vehicle (v8 engine right?) and year(s) do I ask the guy a NAPA for? This http://www.vicic.com.tw/alternators/gvdn11361203.htm ?
Question 2: Does the HO engines' brackets also have a sleeve and can I drive both sleeves back so it will fit the bigger alternator? Or do I just grind a 1/4" off the mounting braket?
Question 3: Would I be stupid not to contact Kelley's Works in Progress for a wiring upgrade?

Looking for a project and I was wondering if replacing my battery cables (really need to) would be difficult considering my mediocre mechanical ability?
