Okay, so I found two green wires that I believe to be the ground. I cleaned them up, but they seem to be in pretty bad shape. Just to make sure I got the right wires, can you be more specific on the exact location of the grounding wires...

Thanks for all the help so far, I really appreciate

I know I'll prob forget but I'll try not too. I'll try and snap a pic tomorrow morning but if you look in the engine compartment on the driver side you'll see a few grommets. The grommets that's higher up than the other should be the one for you cluster. The other grommets is headlight switch leg etc. But either way you can clean both ground wires cause it doesn't hurt. Heck every so often you can clean all the grounds on your rig and the battery terminals and pit some dielectric silicone on the terminals too. It's part of the basic maintenance that keeps your girl going trouble free

Run the test again, in the daylight, being accurate. Run both a dry and a wet compression test.

you have to look at the drum. 9" brakes will have a smooth drum. 10" brakes will have ribs along the outside of the drum, like the edge of a quarter

Try a Home Depot or Lowes and you can get these fittings with threads on one side and a hose barb on the other. Find the one that fits and then go to the parts store and get some breather hose. All that should run you about 6 bucks. Good luck.

There are bumpstops to keep your tire from hitting the fender flares and ripping them off, you could trim them but I wouldn't because if you end up lifting it you would eventually extend them so the same thing doesn't happen

You can relocate brake line angle to gain to Extra length

You can get away without new brake lines. In the rear remove the retaining clip and carefully bend the hard line down. In the front, get some self tapping bolts and move the mounting clips lower taking care to not kink or break the hard lines.
