I'm gonna buy a IAT and a CTS tomorrow at napa for good measure just cause the test on them diddnt do so well. Maybe I'll get autozone to warranty the o2 sensor as well. I pulled it and it was black from soot
Hello, Jeepsters
I have a a question, as a Cheep Jeeper I have a question in regards to the platinum burners led series at Walmart. Has any one bought and used them and if so can you take a pic at night from the in side of your ride I need to see the patter and light spread. If they put out a nice light pattern and amount of light at 22/34$ it's a good deal. I'm wanting to change over to LEDs but for the most part they are hella expensive.

I would like for every one to know the culprit. I checked the fuses and wiring. All were good. Then I was reading and discovered that the relay is usually the culprit. So I took the one from my other jeep into this one and viola it works now.
Thanks ken for your tip. At least I now know the location of the fuses!

I switched the map out with my brothers(90 k5 blazer with the same one) and it ran the same. The map vac line is the rubber plugs and plastic coming out of it an inch or two, then I put new rubber vac line on that and it's running downhill.

Fuel pressure tested great. 32 at idle and 40 at idle with the vac line disconnected.
Stayed at about 34 psi when I shut it off for 10 min. AutoZone wouldn't warranty the o2 sensor. They couldn't find it in the computer or some crap.
Maybe I'll pick up an ngk o2 sensor.
After sitting all night it really had a hard time starting today and when it did it idles at 250 unroll warmed up in park, then when it's warm it gets up to maybe 550-600 in park and no change in idle between park, neutral, or drive.
What's next, cruiser?

What year is your Jeep ? Is there a "start" relay in the relay section on the passenger side fender well ?Add the year for your Jeep to your signature for quicker help.

Cts actually tested good today when I brought it up to temp. I found a universal IAT and now it tests 4000 ohms when the motor is hot...that's not gonna help anything.

But, that shouldn't affect starting.
I need a re-cap as we're in the "ask the question" thread. too hard to follow.
Have you cleaned the throttle body and IAC?

On my way home from work I lost all power from what I assume is through the ecu. I have radio and it will crank but that's it. No fuel, no spark, gauges dash lights ect.
Before i lost all that the rpm guage was bouncing with the blinkers and turning the blower motor on would kill the engine.
I'm thinking ecu
