Yes, you can remove the sensor first. You'll either need a special socket for o2 sensors, or you might get lucky and be able to use a large enough open end wrench on it.

Evening gents,

I'm looking for experience with TJ Moabs, 265/75r16 tires and the WJ steering/braking swap.

Q1: Is the 5" backspacing sufficient for tires of size 265/75r16?
Q2: Does the TJ Moab clear the WJ dual piston caliper?

Might want to be careful giving advice like that before someone breaks their Jeep lol...

Your year has a cable-driven speedo. I'd start by inspecting and lubricating it.
Where do I lubricate it? Behind the gauge cluster or somewhere down below.

I'm thinking of putting in a transmission cooler. Anyone know a link to a good write up on how to set up the lines. Also do I cut the hard line to splice it into the cooler or is there an adapter kit. Some people say not to cut it while others do

You can pick up the c-rok spacer or jcr steering spacer. The stock aluminum spacer is flimsy and should be replaced anyway. When I went to pull mine the spacer snapped in half so I upgraded anyway

What is the Blue wore coming off the distributor? It was complety stripped and touching the bare blocl on my 88 4.0. Im wondering if this could have been my hesitation/almost stalling issue if it was arcing out on it.

Renix distributors have a sync generator in them that is used to fine-tune fuel injection timing. In later years it's a camshaft position sensor.
