You can verify by hitting the area with a small amount of water or brake cleaner while the engine is running. The same process used to check for vacuum leaks.
Yup.

Exclamation No Power inside my cherokee!!!

I have recently replaced my water pump and thermostat, also flushed my cooling system out, and when I went to crank it none of my gauges worked, the radio won't come on, and none of the inside lights work either. I've checked all my fuses, the ones on the inside, and they are all fine. I've replaced my battery cable ends and checked my ground and still nothing. I don't know whether it the fuse box or something else. Please any help will be better than what I've tried.

Does the battery test good? Do you own a multimeter?

Going to be replacing the floors on the next couple of months. When I get to the cargo area do I need to drop the tank or can it be done with the tank in place?

I'd drop it if you're welding

I do but it's too tight to fit around the bolts. Plus im at work and can't just run out to see what fits it. I have a lot to do in the next 2 days before camping Saturday and need to get this exhaust leak fixed. So if you can't help answer my question please refrain from saying anything

If the exhaust is such a hurry to get fixed then walk your *** outside and figure out which size you need pal. It's a lot faster than asking us on here.

How bout you take a step back and relax yourself. He's right, if you own a jeep you should have basic tools.

Now lets keep it on topic everyone
