wow durr. didn't think about that lol.
I can't believe there's no definitive answer though. I mean I could understand if I had swapped axles and stretched etc, but everything on my xj is pretty standard.
RE 3.5 lift with AAL and shackle relocation brackets that lift ~1" I feel like that's relatively common. I just wish I knew if I could just pick up an XJ front ds and know it'd work. urggg.
yeah my locak jy has em for 50. I already have one up under my xj for the front cause mine got trashed at jeepfest.
so if I were to just do a hack n tap an xj front ds would definitely work?
I may go that route then. are the hack n taps worth a damn though?
I just don't have much leeway for things to go wrong with it being my dd. if I put her down for the weekend to work on she's gotta be back up and running by monday or be drivable if I need to make a parts store run. know what I mean? lol.

Why I am so stuck on the temp being wrong is the interior heat is really lack luster. Before it would get hot in the cab but it was also running around240-250 degrees. Now it feels like a midget is in the dash blowing on me through a straw.
Are XJ's just not that great with their a/c and heat output?

Hi guys,
I put a 3.5" Rubicon Express lift on my Jeep last week, with a 1" Transfer Case drop kit. Altogether, it feels extremely solid, but it has introduced a new (fairly mild, but noticeable) vibration at all speeds. Initially, I thought it was just more vibration from the road making it up to me because of the stiffer springs, but now I'm thinking it might be the rear drive shaft. I've included some pics of the drive shaft at both ends.
From looking at the pics, do you think the drive shaft could be the source of the vibes? If so, how important is it for me to get an SYE vs just letting it be for a while until I've finished other mods? (skid plates, new tires, recovery points, etc)
Thanks!
