Not yet. I just replaced the head back in march with the new 0331 casting and it hasn't over heated.

That last bolt behind the pump was in fact the bolt I neglected. The only other snag I ran into was getting the alternator out of the engine bay...what a pain. At any rate, all of my battery cables are now upgraded to new 4 gauge wire and I'm getting 14+ volts across the board with the new alternator. Let's see how long it will last without something else going wrong

There was history lol. But ud have to search for it lol. Plus I do have build threads about the head replacement I believe lol. I was just trying to get an idea of what could cause the exhaust valve to be so nasty but the intake valve to be clean

You've had a ton of posts in here over the last few days that look like you're trying to figure out why you have bad rings, oil in coolant, valve problems... sounds like you need a full thread to me

I use window cleaner. Are they cloudy?

A little bit. The housing aren't as clear as they used to be, they're only a year old.

I've used Meguiar's cleaner and then polish on my lenses if they appear cloudy.

Foggy on the inside?

If the housing is plastic you might try some of that lens polish stuff. Minor abrasions and pitting are inevitable. Big reason a friend of mine waxes his headlights!

I don't think it's on the inside, they just look more dingy. I'll scrub them tomorrow and see how clean they come and if I can use some polish on them.

They're glass, Salad.

Wax it anyway? lol

Good to know they're glass actually. I've yet to get around to the H4 conversion on mine.
