Pull the terminals and scrape all the corrosion from the wires with a wire brush, spray with some sort of electric grease or whatever and put the terminals back on the ends of the cables. Put back on the battery and see if it starts. It worked for me one time when I dropped a wrench on my battery post to post and it wouldn't start after.
Edit****sorry might not work cause you said it does turn. Mine diddnt...might try it though!

It's worth a try
My jeep will start up and dies 3 seconds latter. RPM's don't move and while I press on the gas pedal I cannot get it to run longer than 3 secs no matter what. Also it is not throwing trouble codes and does not scan. Any Ideas?
