Yeah I thought that mechanic was full of it! The guy who had this before me took it to a mechanic because of the code and they told him they would have to replace the exhaust manifold! I can't even hear it leaking!
Anyway, yeah I have checked all the fuses because I caught another thread on here about someone having that problem! All my fuses are good, and I am not missing any.

are you scared of cutting tools?
i ask just in case.. i would suggest something in the 3-3.5 in lift range for good cog hight and trimmed fenders to clear some good tires.
look into rubicon express or rough country since they're the two more popular and dependable dealers
oh almost forgot don't skimp buy the full leaf pack kits

My buddy put a 3in. lift on his ride and it seems to be about right. If you don't want to go crazy with it I would not go over 3in.
I would love to do a 3in. lift, but I want to get the best MPGs as possible these days!

I have a 2000 4.0 XJ. Today I bought a TB from a guy on here that bores them out so it's a true 60mm, basically eliminating the taper. Will this help increase throttle response? Secondly if I add a TB spacer will this help or be redundant?

yes, the boring will help throttle response. Make sure to reset the PCM after installing it.

TB Spacers are worthless. Skip this step.

I got in my jeep this morning and it started but it would not idle, after starting it about three times i kept my foot on the gas for about five minutes and it was fine for the rest of the day. Any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks!

does anyone have a picture of a roof rack on an xj with a sunroof? Or is there not even enough room for one once the sunroof comes out.

I'm having to replace the rear end differential in my cherokee. Its a 94. I've tried looking to see but does anyone know the year range on the differential. I have some places telling me 87-99 and some saying 89-96. Just need to know, my buddy has a jeep that is just sitting for parts so was going to pull it if it matches up right.
