I turned the key and I can hear the started but it won't start. What voltage is needed to start. I ran out of gas. Then AAA put 3 gallons in and won't start

A steady 12 volts will start the engine. Put a volt meter on the battery while someone tries to start it. If the voltage drops below 10ish while starting your battery is shot.

If it doesn't drop your problem is somewhere else.

Not sure, how do I test? It sounded like it wanted to start but it didn't. I'm kinda hoping its a bad batter so I can get a yellow top

P0320 No RPM Signal to PCM. Crankshaft Position Sensor Signal to JTEC. A CKP signal has not been detected at the PCM.

Sounds like a CPS problem.
