It was the better quality belt from advanced auto.

Not on 2000+ model years. Engine temp or refrigerant pressure. 1999 and down fired it at the same time as the compressor clutch.

Well I'm having an issue with AC. When engine temp gets above 210 for too long the compressor stops ruining. A few minutes after it gets below 210 it'll start working again.

first thing I would do is pull the fan relay and bypass it with a wire to see if the fan works. If it does, I would swicth it with one of the other relays to confirm it works in the other spot (start relay for example).

If relay is good then I would disconnect fan relay again and check if it is getting signal and ground to turn on from PCM.

If all of the above worked as advertized I would scratch my head a little an pull my schematics

Sitting at idle right now, outside temp approx 72℉ engine temp approx 210℉ with AC on. Cooling fan turns on for a few seconds then off for a few seconds and repeats.

Prolly a stupid question, but if a fuse slot on the fuse block is a spare, what is it all wired up to?

A spot to hold spare fuses; not an auxiliary connection that can be tapped into. Correct?
