To the OP I'd say wait to see if they settle. If they don't you will have to determine what is the difference in height between front & rear, then get spacers in that height. They are available in 1", 2" & I have a pair in 5/8 I think.

found a loose hose that was on passenger side then goes to front and travels behind front bumper. I'm in the process of trying to get this beast running and I'm going to have to repair some wires that were chewed on by rats and someone else attempted to fix
. Also will have to replace some vac lines and found this one.

Sounds like the hose for your vacuum reservoir. I bet your a/c controls don't work right do they (constant defrost)? It's also there for things like cruise control. If it's open there is a good possibility that is affecting it not running correctly. You (at minimum) need to seal off the hose.
