So I was on my way to the jy and ironically my jeep just stalled out as I was about to turn left. Out onto a street. It is now cranking over but not turning over. I can hear the fuel pump going but it is still not starting. Any ideas?

I have a 1988 Cherokee limited. Was running fine then all of a sudden after being parked in the driveway for a day or two it wouldn't start up. So I boosted it and let it run long enough for the battery to hold a charge ( or so I thought) but once I shut it off it wouldn't turn over again. Any suggestions?

If my fuel pump was working I would have fuel at the rail correct? I took that little cap off and pushed on the thin little pin. Only a drop of fuel came out. I know I have a full tank of gas. And I'm in the middle of a random neighborhood right now on my phone... Kinda hard to search.

I'm thinking it is something to do fuel related because it stalled out on me. And I just filled it up today. So I know there is fuel in there.

Can I use a simple air tire pressure thing to check out the pressure on it? And I just got home. Been doing some reading and it says you need some one on the gas to check for fuel pressure?
