It helps to use a transmission jack but a standard jack should work fine but be careful because if it falls of the jack it can crush you. Its not a fast easy job but the concept of it is simple. Its about 6-10 hours for remove and replace for the average person or two.

im sorry but i forgot to ask you something that i had thought a little too and became a problem to me, can i do this whitout an elevator and a little of sacrifice or its really difficult to do it whitout an elevator or a similar place?

Well my 96 SE only has the idiot lights, what would it take to swap in some real gauges, atleast a temp gauge and an oil pressure gauge into the idiot light spots? From my understanding I'd need the new gauge, then a new Oil Pressure Sensor and just replace? Not sure on the Temp one. Anyone have links to any threads on it(Search wasn't bein nice)?

Turn the key and get the lever into 1-2. Apply the parking brake. Sit in the back seat and give a big tug on it. FWIW, it's more likely to come off if you hold your face in it's path. LOL.
