My hooks are factory I'll show you the window sticker my Jeep from the factory cost 28,000 dollars because it has other packages on the Jeep like Under Armour and toe packages they don't call a limited for nothing weirdo I don't have drama I asked a couple questions and all the sudden everybody started ganging up on me . And when you look on his profile it shows like an 87 red Cherokee with a 4 cylinder 5 speed I don't care what is building is what he's driving.
Everyone started ganging you up because you called a fender cut mod "Ratty" or what ever, then started going after highly respected members. More than half of the serious off roaders here have cut fenders. That's what a REAL Jeep is meant to look like, cut up and scared from trail damage. What you have sir, is a mall crawler. I'm 19 and don't even have a job, yet i act way more mature than you do and my Jeep is more trail worthy than yours.
Come at me bro.

lol Should be on one end or the other.
This is the cannister.

In this picture it's installed in an aftermarket bumper but you get the point.

Do you physically see the ball, not being smartass. Where it mounts to bumper, that same side that faces towards the end of the bumper, there is the nipple. Lil black one. Also if you can try an remove the bumper to get the ball off, shake it and make are no water in it. That would disrupt it too. Also check the t split where the cruise control is and make sure it's right and not cracked on that area

hey ya'll i have a 2000 rhd xj just got it on thursday for work
question is it had a new transmission swap abouuut 2 months ago?
the old transmission was toast i guess from lack of care by the first owner not PO
anyways they swapped in a toyota trans because the shop owner said thats what they
use in japan or something like that BUT the person i bought i from doesnt know what model they used to replace the AW4 so i was wondering if one of yall might know?
its the HO 4.0L I6 with A/T
also what is needed to do a full tune up? id like to try and get that done asap since i dont know when it was done previously
all i know is that there was a new heater core? put in because the car had no heat granted it still doesnt get very hot :\

Seriously, let this arguing end. Not worth getting the thread closed because someone is hi and mighty about their jeep. I was one like him and though my stock jeep was god and with every mod k did, I didn't mind cutting my 01 limited's fenders. And ppl love how my 01 limited looks good lifted and is still luxurious. And if you want a real lift, just get a quality name 4.5" lift or 6" and your done.

A Yota tranny in an XJ? That's a first for me.... Look for a thin piece of metal riveted to the side of the bell housing and see if you can find a serial number or something.
