I've asked before and didn't get a solid answer. Bennett auto is giving me a few options for O2 sensors. I have the option of an upstream front, upstream rear, downstream front and down stream rear. On my 2001 I have a three sensors. Two after the precats on the manifold and one on the down pipe. I had a code for an o2 but now no longer have one. Im still running rich because the engine is running like crap and the exhaust smells like a boat lol. So, shall I replace all three and what sensors do I get for where?

Not the ones by the manifold... Okay, the first answer I got was due to the heat, the top ones would go. But I trust your answer over the previous respondents. And then clearly, if that's not it, replace the top two. What would those be?

The sensor before the converter is the one you want to change.

Just got through fixing mine, turned out that the spade connector that goes into the terminal block at the PW motor was bad. It looked fine, but when I took the terminal block apart and removed the spade it broke off at the neck. Often the it's little things.
